Scary moment last night with Rodney Stuckey collapsing.  It brought a sad flashback to another player, Loyola Marymount star Hank Gathers, who collapsed on the court and died nearly 20 years ago to the day.  It’s one of the saddest memories I have of basketball.  A couple of weeks after his death, LMU played my beloved Crimson Tide in the Sweet 16 – and I cheered against my own team, hoping to see LMU win it all for Hank.  You are remembered Hank and we wish you the best Rodney.
